Worldweaver provides a 30-day full refund guarantee should you have any problems with our software, or be in any way dissatisfied.  However, we cannot be held liable for any loss of data or damage to your system that may be caused by using any of our products.

Contract Work

All fixed price contract work is invoiced 50% upfront and 50% on delivery.  Any changes made to specifications after a project has begun may change the duration or feasibility of the project, and as such we would reserve the right to complete the original project to original specification unless the changes are fully agreed by ourselves.
